Philippe joined Partech in early 2001 and is based in our Paris office. He has 18 years of experience in the IT industry. Philippe's investments include Cartesis (acq. by Business Objects) and Meiosys (acq. by IBM).

Prior to Partech, Philippe managed strategic internet and technology initiatives for Carrefour, a leading European retail group (he was GM of the subsidiary). Prior to Carrefour, Philippe was a partner at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in Paris, where he participated in the launch of its Western Europe strategy practice, co-led Accenture’s mergers and acquisitions activities and was also in charge of the electronic commerce practice.

Philippe holds a graduate degree from the Advanced Management Program from Kellogg Business School. He holds a masters degree in Economics, a bachelors degree in Law and is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris, France.
