Vincent co-founded Partech in 1982. He has over 25 years of investment experience in computer technologies, now predominantly focusing on software and Internet investments. Vincent has served as Director of several public companies, including Business Objects (NASD: BOBJ) and Informatica (NASD: INFA).

He holds an MS degree in civil engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MS degree in engineering from Ecole Polytechnique.
